Utah Real Estate - In the News!
There were two very exciting
things that happened this last week in Salt Lake City, UT Real
Estate.
First
:
The
$8,000 Federal Tax Credit can now be used to as a down
payment to purchase your first home.
The new
program offered by Utah
Housing called
Equity Now makes it possible for First Time Home Buyers
to use their $8,000 Federal Tax Credit for the down
payment on their first home.
You have run out of
excuses. Excuse
#1) No down
payment - You can use the
$8,000 Federal Tax Credit to purchase your first
home. Excuse
#2) Interest
rates are too high - Interest
rates are the lowest they have been in
years. Excuse
#3) Prices are
too high - Because of the market, home prices have dropped.
Don't wait until they start going up again.
Time
is running out.
The federal Tax Credit program ends on November 30, 2009.
